RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Don't like the scent? No problem, we will refund  or exchange unused and unlit candles within 30 days. If the item is damaged or has been lit we cannot accept returns. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after purchase.

We understand that it can be difficult to know if you will like a scent when you purchase over the internet so we decide to make the decision risk free on your end.

How to initiate a return or exchange?

Please fill out the contact form below explaining your situation, be sure to include your name and order #. If your purchase is eligible for return, i.e undamaged, unlit unused, you will be send return instructions via email. Once we receive and inspect your candle and find the condition to be unused you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your bank account.

For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you’d like in your email. If your item is unused, you can return for an exchange within 30 days. Once we receive and inspect your item we will ship your new scent within 24-48 hours. We don’t offer free shipping on exchanges or returns for refunds.

We aren’t able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, etc) or items purchased on sale or with a gift card.

 

INCORRECT OR BROKEN ITEMS

We will replace all products that arrives broken. Please contact us via email the "contact us"  with your order number, name, a picture of the product, and a list of what needs to be replaced. We will get you a replacement shipped out ASAP!

If you received a candle you did not order or one is missing from your order we apologize! Please email us via the "contact us" page with your order number, name and the item you are missing or need exchanged. You may keep any product we may have shipped to you by accident.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Email us right away via the "contact us" page with your order number and name. Un-shipped orders will be completely refunded. Any orders that have already shipped out will need to be returned
